Kasie Ballard, MS, OTR/L

Kasie graduated from University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelors in Health Administration, Bachelors of Science, and Masters of Occupational Therapy. Kasie has been working in pediatrics for 8 years including outpatient pediatrics and early intervention (First Steps) in Indiana and Kentucky. 

Specialties include sensory integration, neurodevelopmental disabilities, feeding difficulties (trained in SOS and Beckman Oral Motor), therapeutic taping in pediatrics, handwriting difficulties including fine motor delays, and torticollis. 


Kasie also teaches as an Adjunct Faculty member for the University of Southern Indiana in the OT and OTA program. Kasie has presented webinars within Indiana First Steps for feeding difficulties. 

Kasie is married and has 2 girls. Loves being outside and spending time with family and friends. 


Alyssa Thomas, CCC-SLP

Alyssa graduated from Western Kentucky University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders and 2018 with a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is licensed in the state of Kentucky. Alyssa spent 4 years working with middle schoolers before joining the Evolve team and she couldn’t be more excited! Her clinical interests include evaluation/diagnostics, speech sound disorders, and fluency.


Alyssa lives in Owensboro with her husband Eric, son Oliver, and their yellow lab Indy. In her spare time, she loves to read, travel to visit family, and exercise.


Skylar Ranard, MS, OTR/L

She graduated from USI in 2011 and have spent 11 year working with the elderly population in long term care prior to making this switch to pediatrics! I am so excited to make this change and cannot wait to grow my professional knowledge within this setting.

I live in Newburgh, IN with my family. I have been married for 11 years and have two wild and crazy boys to keep me busy. I enjoy volunteering at church and school and helping to lead my boys’ Cub Scout pack. I enjoy watching my boys play sports and being active with my family.
