Evolve Pediatrics, LLC got the word that we are good to start taking referrals!!! We are credentialed with IN and KY Medicaid along with Anthem.
Malyssa and I are SOOO excited to be able to open the doors and begin receiving referrals. As we begin networking with fellow pediatricians and physicians, we are also opening our doors for an evening (Wednesday June 23rd 5-8 pm) to allow the community to come in, have a treat, learn about our company, meet our therapists, and potentially win some door prizes!
We will have a Sensory basket for a door prize and many other local companies gift cards/gifts as well.
